What needs a separate quote
New pages or features, redesigns, substantial copywriting, photography, campaigns, advertising and SEO work. Damage caused by third-party edits or client-side errors beyond reasonable support is also outside the routine plan.

Timeline & revisions
We collect the brief and materials, agree the design, develop, test, launch and hand over. The package times above are estimates after required content/access are ready; larger engagements may have separate discovery and approval milestones. Two design revision rounds and two development revision rounds are included. Further rounds or a change to an approved design receive a new quote.
Milestones that add up
Development payments may be staged at 40–50% on starting, 25–30% after design approval and the remaining balance before launch. The actual percentages are chosen so they total 100%; 50% / 30% / 20% is one example. Work may pause on late payment. A deposit is non-refundable once work starts, subject to the written agreement and applicable law.
Yours to use and transfer
After final payment, the client owns the completed website work, subject to third-party image, font, plugin and software licences. Your domain stays in your name. The hosting account will be in your name or you will receive full access. You can transfer the website to another developer. You can opt out of portfolio display in the agreement.
No hidden assumption
Available payment methods and support hours are confirmed in the quote. Care may be billed monthly or yearly. If a project ends early, completed work remains payable; Care cancellation normally needs 30 days’ notice. On cancellation, available site files and backups are handed over once outstanding dues are settled, subject to the signed terms.
A personalised quotation is normally valid for 15 days from its issue date. Its stated dates and terms take precedence over this general guide; ask us to clarify anything before accepting.

Can you work with our existing technology?
We start by reviewing your current stack, constraints and goals. Then we agree the most suitable development and deployment scope rather than assuming a single platform or hosting setup.
Can SEO be considered alongside the launch?
Yes. We can scope website work and SEO & digital growth together when a connected plan makes sense. The written quotation distinguishes basic SEO setup from separately priced advanced SEO work.
Do I pay for hosting twice if I choose a Care Plan?
No. An active Care Plan includes the hosting agreed for that website. A standalone hosting plan is a separate choice if you do not take Care. Resource-heavy sites may require a custom Care quote, but the same hosting is not charged twice.
Is hosting charged for each page?
No. Hosting is charged per website according to the agreed tier, whether the site has one page or twenty. Development prices are based on the scope of the pages and features.
Will you purchase my domain?
No. You purchase, register and renew your domain directly with your chosen registrar. We can connect a domain you control when the agreed access is provided.
Are the prices final? Are the package and per-page rates added together?
They are indicative ranges, not a checkout price. Packages cover their stated pages; per-page rates help quote extras or changes, not bill those same pages a second time. The final written quotation lists the scope, schedule, selected hosting or Care, and any applicable third-party costs and taxes.
Does a contact form actually deliver enquiries?
For client websites, form delivery to the client’s email is part of the agreed development setup, using suitable hosting or an email/form provider. This SandboxRise website’s own Contact form only opens a draft for you to send; it does not send enquiries automatically.
Does a 4–8 hour response mean a site-down issue is fixed in that time?
No. Care Plan response figures are targets for the first reply, not promises of resolution. Support hours and the process for urgent incidents are agreed in writing before a plan starts.
