About this website
The public site is built as static pages and has no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Its page scripts provide navigation, visual effects and email-draft helpers on the Contact and Careers pages. Those two inquiry forms have no website database. A separate Google Apps Script / Google Sheet integration may process acceptance of the company and service terms only after the owner activates it.
What happens to a project brief
The form asks for your name, email address, service interest and project details. Selecting Open email draft prepares a message to hello.sandboxrise@gmail.com in your own email application. This website does not send or store the message. You must review the draft and press Send in your email application for SandboxRise to receive it.
If your device has no email application configured, you can use the Copy message button and paste the text into your own email service, or write to the address on our Contact page. Copying places the message on your device’s clipboard; your device or clipboard manager may retain it until replaced. Your browser and email provider may handle a draft or sent email according to their own settings and policies; once you send it, the recipient's email provider also processes it.
Project previews and client privacy
After a client project is publicly launched, we may show only a small anonymous, non-confidential glimpse of work we created on our own Our Product page for portfolio promotion. This must not expose a person’s information, identify the client or product, or reveal private data, a recognisable screen, a name, logo, unpublished feature, source code or confidential detail. If a project agreement or confidentiality restriction prevents previews, it takes priority. Clients can opt out by emailing hello.sandboxrise@gmail.com; we will remove a preview from pages we control within a reasonable time.
Identifiable projects, testimonials or results need the client’s prior written permission. A website preview does not mean the client has agreed to social-media or paid-advertising use. We will not publish even an anonymous client-product glimpse to GitHub, X, Reddit, Pinterest or any other social account without separate prior written permission for the proposed content and channels. See the shared project-preview policy for the contractual detail.
What happens to a career application
The Careers page asks for your name, email, area of interest, an optional work link and a short introduction. Selecting Open application draft prepares an email to hello.sandboxrise@gmail.com in your own email application. The website does not send or store your application; you must review the draft and press Send in your email app. If you choose Copy message instead, the application text is placed on your device’s clipboard for you to paste and send manually.
There is no file upload on this website. You may attach a CV in your email application if you wish. Any email and attachments you choose to send can be processed or retained by your email provider and the recipient's mailbox provider. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information such as bank details or identity documents.
Service terms: email verification & records
When acceptance is enabled on the Terms page, you choose Website or App, check a service-specific agreement box, and provide your full name, email address and mobile number with country code. This data is used to issue a six-digit code by email. You enter the code on the same SandboxRise Terms page. When acceptance is enabled, the page loads a Google-hosted, read-only script to check availability; it sends only a short-lived random identifier and receives ready or off, without any contact details. A non-interactive Google iframe sends the form to the owner-operated Apps Script service. If the iframe cannot return a result, another read-only Google-hosted status script may report only the random request identifier and a limited state such as code sent or verified-and-saved. No name, email, mobile number, code, verification ticket or receipt is returned by those status scripts. SandboxRise displays a success tick only after the backend verifies the code and saves a record. Verification email contains no link to another code-entry page. Without JavaScript, the Terms forms stay disabled and submit nothing. If an on-page result cannot be confirmed, contact SandboxRise. The mobile number is not verified by SMS. The email code confirms access to an inbox; it does not prove legal identity or authority to sign for a company. No payment is taken by this form.
Before verification, the service temporarily holds your submitted contact details, chosen service, policy version and a protected representation of the code in its short-lived Google Apps Script cache. The code is not written to the acceptance Sheet. A code is designed to expire after 10 minutes or up to five incorrect attempts; temporary anti-abuse counters can last up to one hour, with a 90-second request cooldown. Google may evict cache entries sooner. An unverified attempt does not create an accepted-terms row or send the owner a completed-acceptance notification, although a verification email is sent to the address entered.
Only after a correct code and server-side check does the integration append one row to an owner-controlled, non-public Google Sheet and send an acceptance notice to hello.sandboxrise@gmail.com. The record includes a receipt ID, UTC date and time, selected service, policy version, full name, verified email address, mobile number, consent wording, policy-page link and owner-email delivery status. The notice includes key record details. If owner email delivery fails, the Sheet can still show a verified record and its delivery status; the on-page confirmation will say so. This form is not a marketing sign-up.
SandboxRise and its authorised account owner use those records to track which terms you chose and when, resolve related questions and document an agreed service relationship. Google provides the script hosting, temporary cache, email delivery and private Sheet; the Apps Script processing service and its read-only status responses are hosted by Google and may use Google-operated domains. Google and the relevant email providers process data according to their own policies, and routine platform security/access information may be collected outside this site’s code. SandboxRise’s provided script does not intentionally write your IP address to the acceptance Sheet.
Access to the Sheet should be limited to the owner and anyone they expressly authorise. Records are kept while reasonably needed to document acceptance, administer a project or address an applicable legal requirement; the owner should define and implement a documented retention/deletion schedule before activating the service. For a copy, correction or a deletion request where applicable law permits, email hello.sandboxrise@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for lawful business or dispute purposes.
Cookies and website access
The static site’s own code does not set cookies, run visitor-tracking scripts or save form answers to local storage. The service hosting this website may record routine access or security logs; how long those logs are kept depends on its actual configuration. Google-hosted Apps Script requests used for email-code verification and limited status checks may use Google’s operational storage and cookies as described in its policies.
Other platforms
Social and messaging links on this website point to the channels listed on our Contact page. Links open GitHub, WhatsApp, X, Reddit and Pinterest. If you visit or message through one of them, that platform may process your information under its own policies. You leave this site when following these links. The optional terms-verification flow also uses Google services as described above. The project thank-you does not require any follow, star, comment or post; this site does not check who follows SandboxRise or access clients’ social accounts. If the promotional or verification practices change later, we will update this notice before collecting new data.
Questions and updates
For questions about this notice or an acceptance record, email hello.sandboxrise@gmail.com or use the Contact page. We will update this notice if our hosting, recruitment tools, form delivery, analytics or other data practices change.
